Welcome to Lillie Soap Company,
I made my first soaps in 2001 to help soothe and nourish my dry sensitive skin. After a few years of producing and receiving positive reviews from family and friends, a coworker suggested becoming a local San Diego farmers' market vendor. During 2010, I joined the craft show circuit and sold my products in Orange County and Los Angeles.
Each small batch is handcrafted with a castile (olive) and coconut oil base enriched with cocoa and shea butter free of palm oil. I use the traditional cold process of soap making and allow each bar to cure for eight weeks resulting in a long lasting, mild, and gentle soap. Plant based ingredients such as essential oils are used for fragrance and clays, herbs or spices for beautiful earthy colors.
